| What did you find to be of most value to you? | |
| Having an outside expert come in and reinforce a number of things I've been saying for awhile was extremely beneficial. Our overall approach to pitching needed to be completely overhauled, and this training provided the foundation for doing so. Lastly, moving away from being 'agency centric' to 'client centric' was probably the most important takeaway from this training, because this is at the core of why we don't win more new business opportunities. | |

| Brent Hodgins is one of the most impressive presenters I've ever seen. He was relaxed, knowledgeable, insightful, and engaging throughout the training, which in and of itself was inspiring, because it provided a benchmark for how much better I need to become. Norman Shaffer was the perfect compliment to Brent, since they have vastly different personalities. He's more straight forward/serious, which balances extremely well with Brent's personality. He has his own style, which works well in communicating the main points he was trying to get across. | |
