Carrie Biondi - VP Business Development & Client Service Yes. Industry based emails, direct mail pieces, "ping" packages to new CMOs, white papers on our website, specific ping strategies where we'll target a lead with facebook, linkedin, twitter messages, etc.

What do you see as the single biggest challenge for your teams as it relates to Organic Growth?
Carrie Biondi - VP Business Development & Client Service Time. Making time to think big picture and get out of the day to day. It's the pro and con of our teams. Someone or a few people have to be thinking larger than the day to day tasks at hand. Some teams are really great at this and we have one or two teams that really struggle.
What do you see as the biggest opportunity for your teams as it relates to Organic Growth?
Carrie Biondi - VP Business Development & Client Service Strategy. When we put the right team together, we kill pitch presentations. We need to do this from an organic growth/BBI perspective and our current clients will spend more/do more with us. It's a no brainer, but it will take retraining some of our staff. We have great clients with major opportunities.
