| Laurie was very effective at capturing and quickly synthesizing the outputs of the groups. Her forceful nature and candid approach was essential for keeping this team, which has a tendency to wander, on track -- particularly in such a tight timing. | |

| Open, honest discussion with the group. Candor and qualifications of the facilitator. The self assessment exercise was interesting (could be a day in itself). Would have been interesting if we could have applied that information in the action planning given enough time. We'll have to revisit that on our own moving forward. | |
