| The application of Mirren's 'real life' experience and vetted methods to my team's point of view on things. Hillary and Brent were gracious listeners and then took our questions, experiences, prejudices or naivete and coached us well to gain enlightenment in what is the best way, as well as alignment. | |

| Brent and Hillary were both great. Real, grounded, smart, fun. Wanted to have them both join LSB as our lead strategist (Hillary) and our new biz guru (Brent). (Hey, Madison is a great place to live. You could move here and join us too Cara!) | |
