| Do you think the Mirren training will improve your team's effectiveness? | |
| Somewhat: I think we may see some impact on effectiveness | |
| Did you find the training practical and applicable to your work? | |
| Somewhat: I expect to leverage elements of the training, but it may not apply to some of my work. | |
| What elements of the training were most valuable to you? | |
| I worked in sales for many years prior to going agency side and now being on the receiving end of sales emails (while different from a pitch) I see how every company truly does describe themselves and their differentiators the same way. I really value the idea of refocusing the presentation to be uber-focused on the client's business and hearing that we have permission to break the rules of the RFP a bit. | |
| Is there anything you would change about the training? | |
| Yes | |
| Do you have any comments regarding the effectiveness of the Mirren instructor? | |
| It was clear she spent time reviewing our materials and getting to know our company's way of pitching. She was engaging and warm. She lost me a bit when she went into the hunting story - the topic was just off-putting to me personally which caused me to tune out despite understanding what the point of the story was. | |
| Would you consider working with Mirren again? | |
| Maybe | |
| We appreciate your feedback and insight. Any final comments for us? | |
| I know this came up quite a few times in training but it seems like there are a lot of steps that each need quite a bit of time and we rarely have as much time as Mirren suggested we do. Any recos on how to prioritize these steps and how long we should spend on each would be helpful so we don't have different teams competing for time in a real world scenario. Would also love even more focus on ways to break in when we don't have category expertise or experience as our agency is really trying to break into new categories. | |
