| Understanding how to better show value by stepping outside of our normal, everyday capabilities and putting on the lens of the client and what they are looking to achieve - without overpromising and underdelivering. I think even using sales and marketing terms that are buzzy for the client can be effective. Also the pitch process in general - how to present, ensuring we give ourselves time to prepare and complete versus everything being rushed last minuted. | |

| She was engaging (which I think is the reason anyone paid attention for as long as they did since that can be diffiuclt in a room full of senior employees who are not used to taking time away from everyday work), she was fun, honest, managed expectations well and was very clear on what "post-training" should look like even assigning tasks before completing the training. This was probably the most important part because i think it would be very easy to have the training, walk away and change nothing. But we need to make the decision as a firm to make these changes to better the impact on bottom line. Laura was truly on top of her game and we had many conversations about how effective she was and how great she is at what she does. Super impressed. | |
