| I was pleasantly surprised to spend so much of the two days working on the agency USP and the tools that correspond. My initial expectation was to have a two-day seminar, and then apply the learnings after the fact. We got a tremendous amount accomplished in two days that gave us great momentum for the next steps we need to take. | |

| Bob was fantastic. I would consider him an expert in this area. He had an answer to every question as well as an example to bring to color his point. Absolutely impressive. | |
