What did you find to be of most value to you?
The team building aspect was great. We rarely have time to focus on growing our clients. The structure lead us to great solutions for growing our business.

Do you have any comments regarding the effectiveness of the Mirren instructor(s)?
Jerry was incredible! He kept our energy up and engaged, while keeping us on time each day. He kept us on point, yet found time, when/where needed, to elaborate on topics that come up that our team was interested in exploring (presentation skills, etc.) further. He applied the training methods to our niche industry and verticals of interest in ways that made them pliable in application. He expressed confidence in our team to deliver on each exercise, which was motivating to everyone. Our entire team is very grateful to Jerry and Mirren for their ability to deliver impressive applicable training and guidance in growing business organically.

Have your entire account management team ready to roll up their sleeves and discover their own 'ah-ha' moments in each exercise. The organic growth plans we delivered in the end were methodical and achievable, and even surprising! And the residual affect inspired and recharged us all beyond our expectations.
